Founded in 1962 as Cerruti Srl, our company has been operating for over sixty years in the open-end carded spinning sector, developing specific expertise in the transformation of textile fibers into yarns for various applications.

In 2011, following a fire that affected our other production facility, Filatura San Silvestro, we integrated the two structures into a single production plant, consolidating our technical know-how, production capacity, and industrial organization.

Today we operate in Pray, in the heart of the Biella textile district, an area historically renowned for its manufacturing excellence in the textile sector.

Our open-end carded spinning combines tradition and innovation: extensive experience in the sector is integrated with efficient production processes and constant quality control. We work with Italian and foreign customers, offering reliability, flexibility, and attention to the specific needs of each project.

The solidity built up over more than sixty years of activity is now our main strength, together with our ability to evolve and respond to the challenges of a constantly changing market.
